Mommy Power

Team MOMMY POWER is in honor of Ann Faulkenberry's fight with brain cancer. She died in 2008 after a sixteen month fight with a GBM that took her away from her husband, daughters, and four grandchildren.

She is missed and remembered every day, but we honor her memory with our fundraising efforts.

MOMMY POWER was named after the strength my mother showed during her life and certainly during her fight with brain cancer. Mothers have the power to change the world with all the little things they do for their families. Mothers support, raise awareness, offer hope, and encourage their children. All of these attributes are reflected in our team.

Please consider joining our team and walking with us in Atlanta or making a donation of any amount.

MOMMY POWER has been participating for over ten years and we have reached over $121,000 in lifetime fundraising!! That means a grant was named in my mother's memory, something that I cherish and of which I know she would be proud.
