  • 6:30 am -  Check-In and Registration opens
  • 7:15 am -  Check-In and Registration closes
  • 7:30 am -  The 5K & 1K Run/Walk begins (Timed or Untimed event)
  • 8:45 am -  Tot Trot begins (Untimed event)
  • 9:00 am -  Awards Ceremony begins

Location  

Atlantic Station in Atlanta, GA (a live-work-play retail and residential living space). Driving directions can be obtained by web search of Central Park Atlantic Station or by using the address of 241 20th Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30363.

Keeping Your Safety In Mind

We care about our brain tumor community and our top priority is the health and safety of our walkers, runners, staff and volunteers. As the Foundation prepares for the Race for Research, we are keeping a close eye on guidance statements issued from the CDC, and/or the city of Atlanta's Mayor's Office of Special Events regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect of the Delta variant as it pertains to outdoor events. Read more about our plans to ensure your safety at the event. Race participants, staff and volunteers will not be required to mask but have the option to do so at their own discretion.


Start Line Etiquette

We request all walkers (whether 5K or 1K) line up behind runners to help facilitate the start of the race and avoid collisions. Children and strollers are welcomed. However, if you bring a stroller we ask that you also start behind the runners.

- TIMED 5K RUN: $40 CLOSED             
 - UNTIMED 5K/1K: $35 CLOSED

- Virtual with swag $40, Virtual without swag $25 CLOSED

 - TOT TROT (ages 6 and under): $10 CLOSED

* Onsite Pricing Sept. 20 - Sept 25, 2021       
 - 5K/1K untimed: $50

- 5k timed: $50 (only available until Sept. 20) CLOSED
- Tot Trot (age 6 or younger) $15

- Virtural with swag $50, Virtual without swag $25

Advance registration is highly encouraged for ALL races. Timed bibs will NOT be available after September 20 and will not be available on Race day.
