Let's raise our voices in HOPE!
Margie’s Wonder Warriors is a team dedicated to raising funds for the Southeast Brain Tumor Foundation’s Race for Research. Our team is in honor of Marge Goss who passed away in July 2020 to Glioblastoma. Our mission is to raise funds for brain tumor research and find answers to these terrible cancers so that no one has to go through the pain and suffering Margie did. We will not rest until we have improved treatments, or better yet, a cure for brain tumors.
This is the 23rd year for the Race for Research, benefitting Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation!
The race will be held on Saturday, September 24th at at Atlantic Station - near downtown Atlanta. GA. It's a 5K run/walk, 1K fun-run/walk and a fundraising event that raises money to support brain tumor research. If you've not participated before, there's no time like the present.
Your participation and donations enable support, hope and courage for members of the brain tumor community. The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation provides hope in many ways:
- providing acts of kindness to current patients undergoing treatment
- funding critical brain tumor research
- offering scholarships to those impacted by a brain tumor diagnosis
- hosting support groups for patients and caregivers
PLEASE KNOW that your participation and/or donation will have a positive impact on the life of a brain tumor patient.
The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation is recognized as as a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization and as a public charity. Donations to the SBTF are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
